Mann Silver Mine - 41 Hectares

    Overview

The Mann Silver Mine is a high-grade, past-producing silver property located approximately 8 km southwest of Nord Precious Metals’ Castle Mine and ~80 km southwest of Kirkland Lake, within a prolific historic silver–cobalt mining camp. Historical production is estimated at 300,000–400,000 ounces of silver, with mining activity last reported in the mid-1980s. Select ore shipments were documented to contain gold values, highlighting additional exploration potential.

The property is strategically positioned amid non-core claims held by Geiger Energy (formerly Baseload Energy), Battery Mineral Resources, and Transition Metals, creating compelling consolidation or JV potential in a tightening district.

    Historic Drilling Highlights

Exceptionally high silver grades have been intersected historically:

    1983 Drilling:

    • 506 oz/t Ag over 9 ft (15,736 g/t Ag over 2.74 m)

    • 495 oz/t Ag over 7 ft (15,396 g/t Ag over 2.13 m)

    2012 Drilling (D-Zone Confirmation):

    • MN11-01: 457 g/t Ag over 6.0 m and 157 g/t Ag over 5.0 m

    • MN11-03: 398 g/t Ag over 12.85 m

    • Cobalt: 1.12% Co over 1.4 m

These results confirm both grade continuity and the presence of silver–cobalt mineralization, consistent with district-scale deposits in the camp.

    Additional Upside & Catalysts

    • Unrecovered Stockpile: A 1985 technical report documents a 300-ton surface stockpile estimated to contain approximately 9,000 oz of silver. While its precise location remains unconfirmed, both referenced shafts (Shafts 1 & 5) are situated on the property.

    • New Cobalt Showing: 2025 prospecting identified a previously undocumented cobalt occurrence, reinforcing the polymetallic nature of the system.

    • Unmapped Infrastructure: Discovery of a deep, undocumented shaft suggests historical workings may be more extensive than recorded in existing literature.

    • Near-Term Work Potential: Targeted prospecting, geophysics, and shallow drilling offer low-cost pathways to rapidly advance the project and validate historic data.
